Allow child to crawl, scribble, explore,
jump and mess around
It is important to allow the child to crawl
to develop their bilateral coordination DO’s
using the arms and legs in reciprocal
movements. Hands are used for balancing
when navigating on the ground which
helps visual spatial skills and depth
perception develop more quickly.
Use positive words and more variety of
words
For a child to be able to speak a word, it
requires many many repetitions in
different context before a child can get its
meaning. By talking more positive words
to your child, you are indirectly shaping
them towards a more positive attitude.
Encourage outdoor activities
Promotes sensory integration and
development of healthy gut microbiome,
balance, muscle strength, sensory
stimulation, and earthing with nature.
