1) Epidermis :- as in dicot stem
2) Ground tissue:-
The vascular bundles are scattered
throughout the ground tissue,
so it is undifferentiated
into cortex and pith.
- Hypodermis:- consists of sclerenchyma for supporting
3) Vascular Bundles:-
-Type :-(closed collateral bundles).
-It may be surrounded by fiber,
known as (bundle sheath)
-Xylem: vessels are arranged in V or Y shape
with endarch arrangement,
