The Claims Administrator is allowed to disclose CA, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KY, MA, ME, MI, NC,
mental health information only (1) under certain NM, PR, TN, WA, WI
limited circumstances and/or (2) to specific
recipients.
Disclosures may be restricted by the individual WA
who is the subject of the information.
Certain restrictions apply to oral disclosures of CT
mental health information.
Certain restrictions apply to the use of mental ME
health information.
Child or Adult Abuse
The Claims Administrator is allowed to use and AL, AR, CO, IL, LA, MD, NE, NJ, NY, NM, RI,
disclose child and/or adult abuse information only TN, TX, UT, WI
(1) under certain limited circumstances, and/or
disclose only (2) to specific recipients.
