Texas Mutual Insurance Company (“the company”) offers you a
comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The benefits
package is designed to insure you from financial risks that can occur due
to large medical expenses, disability, or death. The benefits package also
allows you to buy optional types of coverage that meet your personal
needs, including supplemental term life insurance, supplemental
individual disability insurance, supplemental identity theft protection,
cancer insurance and pet insurance.

Texas Mutual encourages overall wellness and illness prevention through
its benefits programs, much in the same way it promotes safety with its
policyholders. The LiveWell wellness program is structured to help and
encourage you and your covered dependents lead a healthy lifestyle
by identifying potential health risks and providing resources to reduce
the risk.

Texas Mutual reserves the right to amend or terminate any of the plans
offered without prior notice to you. This Employee Benefits Guide is a
summary, and any discrepancies between the Benefits Guide and the
plan documents will be governed by the plan documents.
