Dental coverage through UnitedHealthcare is available to full
time and eligible part-time employees, effective upon the
date of hire. There is a $50 individual deductible and $100 for
family. Coverage pays at 100% for preventative care (and
the deductible is waived), 80% at basic care and 50%
towards major services up to $1,500 annually. Orthodontia
benefits are also available for eligible children.

Monthly Premiums

Employees and spouses have the ability to earn wellness incentives that reduce their
medical premium. These can be earned by completing biometric screenings, health
assessments, being tobacco-free and achieving a healthy wellness score.

At Texas Mutual, our goal is to live well. Our LiveWell program is
designed to support all aspects of wellness, including physical and
financial health, mental health and nutrition. The program offers
wellness incentives, competitions, free fitness classes and free
gym access at all of our locations.
