FINANCIAL PROTECTION BENEFITS

SHORT TERM DISABILITY

At Texicare, we care about our employees’
health and supporting them while healing
and getting back to work.

This company-paid benefit replaces 100%
of base salary for the first 90 days of an
absence due to illness or injury.

Full time employees become eligible on their 91st day of work and disability payments
follow a 14 day waiting period.

LONG TERM DISABILITY

For a longer-term disability, this company-paid benefit replaces 60% of base salary for
an absence due to an illness or injury that extends beyond 90 days for full time
employees.

New hires have the option to purchase supplemental coverage that would replace an
additional 15% of their base salary.

FAMILY PLANNING ASSISTANCE

We understand our employees are
starting families later in life and in
a variety of ways. That’s why we’re
proud to offer fertility benefits that
include one IVF treatment.
