Family Planning
Assistance
We understand our employees are
starting families later in life and in
a variety of ways. That’s why we’re
proud to offer infertility treatment
including aimed at covering one
full round of IVF treatment.
We also offer for adoption assistance to help with agency fees, legal
fees and transportation costs.
Life Insurance
Life insurance is provided free to full-time employees. The benefit is
1.5X base salary up to a $750,000. Employees may purchase
additional life insurance for themselves and for their spouse, up to a
$500,00 maximum. Employees may also purchase child life insurance
of $10,000 for children up to age 26.
Cancer Insurance
Employees can purchase AFLAC cancer insurance for themselves,
their spouse and their children up to age 26. AFLAC cancer
insurance provides financial benefits in the event of a cancer
diagnosis and treatment.
