             Flexible spending accounts allow employees

             to set aside pretax money to pay for eligible

             healthcare  and  dependent  care  expenses
             within the calendar year.


                    •  Medical FSAs can be used to set aside money to pay for

                        eligible  expenses  such  as  doctor  copays,  prescriptions

                        and contact lenses.

                    •  Dependent care FSAs can be used to set aside money to

                        be  reimbursed  for  qualifying  child  and  elder  care

                        expenses.

             tive credit  monitoring  and rapid  alerts.  Credit  monitoring  with  one
             credit bureau is free. Employees can purchase additional coverage
