FLEXIBLE TIME OFF
We support our culture of trust in each
other and a great work-life balance with
an unlimited time off policy. This means
employees may request time off for any
reason, including vacations, staycations,
weddings, your own illness or to care for
a family member who is ill, mental health
days and for any other personal matter
that requires time off from work.
HOLIDAY PAY
Texicare provides nine paid holidays each year which include two days for
Thanksgiving and two days for Christmas.

Student Loans and Saving for Retirement
The company will provide a matching
contribution to the retirement plan based
on qualified student loan payments you
make in lieu of you making an employee
contribution.
