Financial Protection Benefits
Short-Term Disability
This insurance replaces 100% of base salary for the first 90 days of
an absence due to illness or injury. Full time employees become
eligible on their 91st day of work and disability payments follow a 14
day waiting period.
Long-Term Disability
This insurance replaces 60% of base salary for an absence due to
an illness or injury that extends beyond 90 days for full time
employees. New hires have the option to purchase supplemental
coverage that would replace an additional 15% of their base salary.
