              Employees and spouses can earn wellness incentives that reduce
              their medical premium. Incentives can be earned by being tobacco-

              free,  by  completing  a  biometric  screening  and  a  health
              assessment,  and  by  participating  in  the  Texas  Mutual  wellness

              program.
