Sick Leave
Employees receive twelve sick days per
year, which begin accruing immediately
upon hire. Employees can also convert
half of their unused sick leave (up to 96
hours) to vacation leave at the end of the
Family Leave
We see our employee’s family as an extension of our own TXM
family. As a Best Place for Working Parents, we support our
employees in starting or growing their family. We also recognize
many employees provide care to their aging parents. We’re proud
to offer a paid family leave benefit to help meet the needs of our
diverse population.
Employees who qualify for
FMLA leave may take up to
20 days of paid family
leave.
