The Devil.

The devil was cast down from Heaven. He is a deceiver and a
liar. He will be tormented forever one day.

And the great dragon was cast down, the old

serpent, he that is called the Devil and Satan, the
deceiver of the whole world; he was cast down to
the earth, and his angels were cast down with
him. Revelation 12:9 ASV

You are of your father the devil, and your will is to
do your father's desires. He was a murderer from

the beginning, and does not stand in the truth,
because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he

speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar
and the father of lies. John 8:44 ESV
