image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in
his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the
wrath of God, which is poured out without
mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he
shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the
presence of the holy angels, and in the presence
of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment
ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no
rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his
image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his
name. Revelation 14:9-11 (KJV)
Mary.
Mary was obedient to God and is precious in His eyes. Some
people worship Mary and believe that she is the mother to
Jesus Christ in Heaven. However, there is not scripture to
support that Mary is part of the Holy Trinity or that she is the
mother of Jesus Christ in Heaven. There is plenty of scripture
to support God’s command to worship only Him.
In addition, Mary referenced God as her Savior. Some have
said that she could not have been a sinner because she carried
Jesus Christ in her womb. If she wasn't a sinner, then she
wouldn't have referred to God as her Savior. Also, Christ-
followers receive the Holy Spirit to live inside of their bodies,
and the Holy Spirit is God, as well.
