      Taking a moment to monitor and define your stress, anxiety and emotional level is an

      important step to ensuring your mental, physical and emotional well-being. On a
      good day, we operate in the Green. As our stress and anxiety levels increase, we

      begin to operate in the Yellow, Orange and Red arenas. Each day, our goal is to
      determine how we operate in the Green.



      Use the graphic above to recognize your stress and anxiety levels, then use the tools
      in this guide to keep you in the Green. These tools and strategies can help you

      maintain a healthy lifestyle. Ask yourself “What can I do to keep myself in the
      Green?”.



      We strongly encourage you to seek medical treatment if you feel you are in the
      Orange or Red. You will find information on our Employee Assistance Program on

      Page XX, a free service which can assist you with counseling and mental health
      services.
