                                                           Pacific coasts of British Columbia, Canada and Chile.

                                                  (Atlantic salmon is not an endangered species when farmed responsibly)




                                                                      All smoked salmon is produced in small
                                                                    batches at their facility in Anacortes, WA.



                                                                      They do not use preservatives or shelf stabilizers, only

                                                                       Salmon, Salt, Sugar, Spices & Natural Wood Smoke.



                                                                       The company follows strict HACCP plans and the
                                                                       salmon comes from a SQF Level 2 certified facility.
