Snooze Sparkling A.K.A. Snooze Bubbles
Our delicious Snooze Sparkling wine is comprised of a blend of Italian grown grapes
(Chardonnay, Arneis and Cortese) that was specifically created for Snooze with direction from
our Founder, Jon Schlegel, who has studied winemaking in Piedmont, Italy for three seasons.
The wine blend is named Tra Amici (Italian for among friends) and is crisp, dry and flavorful. The
grapes are responsibly grown, and the wine produced by the Manfredi Family, who have been
making wine in this region for over century. Once blended it is efficiently shipped via boat (in
20,000-liter bladders!) to San Francisco, California where it is carbonated, kegged and shipped on
to your Snooze.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Apricots, lime peel, ripe apple, and the sense of fresh Spring.
Taste: Dry with high acidity, elegant, lemongrass and ripe peaches.
