                                                                                                           Clearly mark the closed tables so


                                                                                                           there is a visual cue NOT to seat.


                                                                                                           Use a catering sticker or other



                                                                                                           professional-looking marking to


                                                                                                           indicate a closed table.


                                                                                                           All closed tables should be


                                                                                                           cleaned and sanitized at the end


                                                                                                           of the shift. Avoid saturating



                                                                                                           stickers with cleaning solutions.
