Speed Ordering (Barista)
"Speed Ordering" is usually used at the Barista counter when a Guest orders a beverage and wants to close the
ticket immediately. To initiate a Speed Order from the main screen, click on the "lightning bolt" in the upper right
corner.
1. Enter the Guest name or tab identifier and select the green arrow.
2. Choose a menu item and payout the order with cash or credit card (bottom right). (See Payout section for
details.)
