A reporting system and a purpose-designed App that provides
instant reports consolidated from the Agent, Bond Originator
and Conveyancer (subject to the Developers preferred
suppliers using the same system) with updates sent to the
Agent who will pass this information on to all parties

A database with emailing function to distribute marketing
material and to keep buyers up to date with a newsletter
(SMS Connect is our current service provider)

Digital Documents whereby the Developers preferred
Agreement of Sale can be composed, mailed out to the parties
and returned digitally signed without the need to print,
sign, scan and resend.

All leads generated by our advertising campaigns are captured
into a centrally accessible database. We regularly contact leads,
as appropriate, regarding opportunities such as developments
where we can re-ignite potential interest.
