        NEGOTIATIONS WITH BUYERS


                    Together with the services of your chosen mortgage originator
                    (Betterbond), we will follow the necessary procedures to evaluate
                    the potential buyers’ financial eligibility before an
                    offer to purchase is signed


                    Negotiations will be done with the seller’s best interest
                    at heart and all written offers will be submitted immediately

                    To ensure a high customer service standard, the sales team
                    will receive training on:
                    All aspects of the development (product and process)
                    How to overcome possible objections
                    The Offer to Purchase

        DEAL MANAGEMENT

                    We work on an automated system which:


                    Tracks our deals


                    Sends automated reminders when suspensive conditions are due

                    Communicates with the attorney and bond originator from
