LISTING ACTION PLAN
We compose a multi-point pre-
inspection checklist to address any
minor issues prior to inspections. This
entails replacing light bulbs, checking or
installing mandated smoke and carbon
monoxide detectors, and repairing
windows that are stuck.
PROPERTY INSPECTION AND
PREPARATION
