But before he could even think about what to do next, something incredible happened.

The stone in Aiden’s hand began to hum, and a sudden burst of energy shot through
his body. “Aiden!” Lucky barked. But Aiden didn’t hear him. Because at that exact
moment, Aiden's feet were no longer touching the ground. He was floating. “W-What’s

happening?” Aiden stammered, flailing his arms as he rose a few feet off the ground.

The glowing stone was still in his hand, vibrating with power. Lucky barked again, but
this time it wasn’t his usual bark. It was a sharp, clear voice that Aiden had never

heard before. “You’re flying, Aiden! Calm down, you’ve got this!” Lucky said.
Aiden’s jaw dropped. “L-Lucky? Did you just… talk?!”
