Paloma is known for her poetic lyricism and
folk-inspired sound. She gained widespread
attention with her 2023 single Labour, a
feminist anthem that went viral on TikTok for
its powerful themes of emotional labor and
gender dynamics. This gained especially
significant attention during and the events
following the 2024 election. Her music
blends folk, indie, and chamber pop
influences, often featuring haunting melodies,
rich storytelling, and ethereal vocals.
British singer songwriter, Paris Paloma
wants you to know you’re not powerless.
That was her message of her show,
which took place on International
Women’s Day, at the Lincoln Theater in
Washington DC on March 8.
