Lateral Flow COVID-19 Testing
Just a quick update to say rapid flow testing is going really well, thanks to everyone’s mindset of:
• Keeping ourselves safe
• Keeping our work colleagues and their families safe
• Maintaining business continuity
As a reminder (although offered to employees working from home) we are asking anyone in any of our buildings to complete a rapid flow test on a Monday and Wednesday morning before entering and report it at reporting results.
We have done really well so far in our efforts, please continue to maintain high vigilance around Covoid19 and have thoughts for those you work with.

R5 Test Evaluation & Acceptance
A phenomenal effort has been put in by the ESN team this month; as we approach the conclusion of the Milestone 3 Critical design Review. Documentation is being delivered by the crate load in validation of our R5 device including manuals, designs, plans and reports; in preparation for production readiness.
All representative vehicles, From Police Fire and Ambulance have now been through EMC testing.
The final stages of User Device Acceptance (UDTAS) is nearing completion which will allow our R5’s to come out of the lab and connect live to the ESN network.
Preparation is now underway for the final stages of Usability Assessment and evaluation of wider functional integration: including interfacing with the legacy TETRA radio systems and integrating the Handsfree R5 capability into Emergency Services Control Rooms with our Docking Station.
