Product and Installations
US
The technical team at Handsfree US still working on efforts to recruit and retain even more qualified install technicians. We are interviewing for a local full time installer for St. Louis. Dakota Coleman is continuing to take on recruiting and is learning from Dave to bring on the most qualified candidates. The technical team is creating orientation modules for new technicians to keep all training and information consistent as we bring them into the Handsfree Group Team. We are looking at e-learning modules for onboarding new technicians to speed up the process and elevate our standing and reputation in the industry.
We have updated our contractor agreement and will be sending it to all technicians for their signature. This creates better security for us as a company on a legal front and for transparency.
Our installation management team has been BUSY!
• 248 audits were conducted in March
• Job close: For our technicians that fail to complete their portion in its entirety, Dakota calls the first time and if not corrected, Dave Burnham calls them. We are looking at options in the app to require pictures before allowing them to send in their information.
• CMSV6 and Datalive: Investigated a large use of data on one bus for OneBlood. There may have been an issue of overloading the program with large amounts of video.
• Onboarding: o 7 techs brought on board in March
• 4 in pipeline and one runs a team in the Denver area
• Developed new App Power-Point for new techs
• Chicago remains a priority, and we just received an application from a 30 year tech located there. 2 new techs will be on-line in NY and NJ at the end of April. Philly has a new tech as well.
• Craigslist and Indeed only get unqualified applicants. Our best success remains our Facebook Groups for installers and 12 volt techs.
• No trips for March. Once COVID lifts, will start doing field visits
