2020 Year in Review

NEW OWNERS OF 120 CLIFF STREET
February 2020 – St. Vincent de Paul Place became
the proud the owners of our forever home at 120
Cliff Street where we have been operating since
2012. This former primary school of St. Joseph
Church has the space to meet the demands of our
          programs with room to grow.

Real Estate Attorneys, Austin Provost and Kat
Mullin of Robinson & Cole, LLP assisted with this
purchase which included an adjacent lot. Robinson
and Cole also provided services pro bono several
years ago which allowed us to continue to operate at this location.

We are planning to continue to make renovations and improvements that will allow us to operate
more efficiently. In June, we renovated our kitchen installing a new dishwasher that will save us
thousands of dollars in paper products annually. Check out our website www.svdpp.org for
renovation updates and plans for future capital improvements.

                              OUR COMMUNITY RESPONSE TO COVID-19

The Covid-19 pandemic began in March 2020 and hit our community hard. We saw a sharp increase
in food insecurity and related issues, but we also received an outpouring of support from local
organizations and individuals. We are extremely proud of our staff, volunteers, donors and other
community partners during one of the most challenging periods in the history of our ministry.
