ANNEXURE 3

The following Rules were introduced in the year 2019 with
official approval by The Bharat Scouts & Guides.

Rule No. 29(1)(e)
a. One member of Indian Scout & Guide Fellowship to be co-opted
in the National Executive Committee of the Bharat Scouts and
Guides as may be nominated by President of Indian Scout & Guide
Fellowship in consultation with the Chief National Commissioner.
Rule No. 6(32)
b. The President and National Secretary of the Indian Scout & Guide
Fellowship shall be special members of the National Council of
The Bharat Scouts & Guides.

ATAS India will be managed by working committee
affiliated with ATAS World Committee and under the
umbrella of the BS&G as an auxiliary unit, in consultation
with the National Head Quarters.
The ATAS - World patch (as per the prescribed format) will be worm by ATAS
members on the lower part of the right sleeve. ATAS badge is 52mm x 26mm
in size including brother lines.
ATAS members will work as Goodwill Ambassadors of Scouting - Guiding and
will be responsible for sustainable growth of The BS&G and The Indian SGF.
