To  receive  suits  filed  against  the  Guild  SGF  and  to  deal  with  the  same  as
      authorized by the governing council or national council as the case may be.
      Also to me third parties if so authorized by ISGF’s governing body.
      To  communicate  the  decisions  of  the  various  bodies  of  which  he  is  the
      secretary to the concerned people.
      Also  to  oversee  that  the  decisions  of  the  various  bodies  are  being
      implemented by the concerned persons.
      To effectively coordinate with Guild members.
      III.  Responsible to - Guild President, Guild council and Governing Body.
      IV.  Work  Relation  -  The  members  of  District  Council,  Governing  Body,
         District  /  Guild  members,  all  agencies  working  with  kid.  SGF,  BSG  and
         others within and outside lnd. SGF
      3.  Guild Treasurer
      I.   Functions - To function as Financial Advisor and custodian of Financial
         resources of Guild SGF including Title deeds of Assets.
      II.  Responsible for - to look after the actual finances of Guild SGF and to
         keep them invested in safe and remunerative securities and banks.

             To  act  as  financial  advisor  to  Guild  SGF  and  monitor  that  the
      expenses are Incurred economically and usefully.
             To  prepare  budgets  of  expenditure  and  income  accruing  to  the
      organization and exercise control over the outflow  and to ensure that the
      income accruing to Guild SGF are received in time and In full.
             To  install  Internal  control  over  the  Income  to  be  received  and
      expenses to be incurred so as to ensure there are no leakages.
             To maintain books of accounts to reflect receipts, expenses, assets
      and  liabilities  and  keep  then  update  and  submit  quarterly  or  half  yearly
      accounts to the governing council when they meet.
             To  prepare  annual  financial  statements  and  get  them  audited,
      attending to audit queries promptly.
             To  submit  the  audited  financial  statements  to  governing  body,
      district  council  and  annual  general  meetings  and  assist  these  bodies  in
      understanding the financial statements.
      III.  Responsible to -Guild President. Guild council and Governing Body.
      IV. Work Relation - with Guild President. District Secretary and Guild council /
      members.
