JOB PROFILE OF GUILD SGF’s
GOVERNING BODY
1. Guild President
1. Function - to function as the Chief Executive of Guild SGF and to
promote the image of SGF amongst the public at large. To preside over
the meetings of the GA, Guild Council, Governing Body and to lead the
Fellowship at Guild level.
2. Responsible for-. for effective functioning of Guild SGF, to conduct
regular GAs and councils, Appointing all office bearers and renewing
from time to time, for facilitating the hq office bearers to function and
achieve their targets in accordance with NHO, also to liaison with NHQ,
State SGF and District SGF.
3. Responsible to - General Assembly, Guild council and Governing Body
4. Work Relation - All the members of Indian SGF State SGF and District, all
those who are directly or indirectly related to Ind. SGF including the
Guild SGF.
2. Guild Secretary
I. Functions -To be the head of secretarial Functions concerned with Guild
SGF.
II. Responsible for - convening meetings of Guild Council, Governing
Council, Annual General Meeting at appropriate time envisaged by the
Rules of SGF in consultation with the President the situation warrants
and to act as secretary to these bodies.
Maintain the minutes of meetings of these bodies of which he/she is the
secretary and circulate the same after getting the same approved by the
chairman of these meetings.
To be responsible for attending to the correspondence received by Guild SGF
from others as well as to reply to the same in consultation with the
concerned officials of SGF.
To maintain discipline in the administrative office.
