1 . Product Overview : Multi-purpose EV battery discharger, VTD-100A (2/2)
Thus, various tests can be performed with VTD-100A such as battery
performance, battery capacity, battery maintenance, battery engineering, and
tests for DC power with load
(Industrial batteries within the discharge voltage range of 0V to 500V)
In order to recycle the lithium-ion battery, the lithium-ion battery must be
completely discharged during the pretreatment process to completely eliminate
the risk of ignition and explosion. Until now, in order to completely discharge the
lithium-ion battery, it has to undergo a pretreatment process of salt water
discharge over 7-10 days. VTD-100A eliminates the time and cost required for
salt water discharge, and completely safely discharges lithium-ion batteries
within a few hours. This can dramatically reduce the time and cost of recycling
lithium-ion batteries.
The three main functions of VTD-100A are as follows;
1. Electronic Load Bank function to verify battery capacity (SOC)
2. Reverse discharge function for battery disposal: discharge at
+10V ~ -10V & 100A ~ 0A
3. IT system record for all discharge data
