JDC is promoting a public rental housing supply project to support the housing
Public Rental stability of Jeju residents. The public rental housing supply project of JDC, which
puts the happiness and convenience of residents as the top priority, will serve as a
Housing stepping stone for the residents to move toward a happy free international city.

Public Rental Housing
After announcing its entry into the public housing business in January 2016, JDC has been
pushing for the supply of high-quality public rental housing. As the first public rental housing
project, a total of 793 households, including 402 happy houses and 391 10-year rental houses,
have been occupied over the land of 47,036.7㎡ in the Jeju Science Park since its completion
in August 2020.
