                                                      After announcing its entry into the public housing business in January 2016, JDC has been
                                                      pushing for the supply of high-quality public rental housing. As the first public rental housing
                                                      project, a total of 793 households, including 402 happy houses and 391 10-year rental houses,
                                                      have been occupied over the land of 47,036.7㎡ in the Jeju Science Park since its completion
                                                      in August 2020.
