Pearlina Story is a Notary Public, and a Author of Ille-

                                             ment Nurse who specializes in Pediatric oncology and
                                             ventilators.  And a activist who has spoke on the same po-
                                             diums with Angela Davis, Dick Gregory And Gil Scott-
                                             Heron, Wilmington, and started the Jonny Gammage
                                             march and protest, she also continue to fight for the free-
                                             dom of Stanton Story who has never received Justice. For





                      "Teen Works Charitable Organization" established in 1988 by founder Pearlina Story-
                      Nelson was first called Teen Works Employment Services. Ms Pearlina to tap into the
                      power of the Black Diaspora’s African American culture footprint decides to give Wilkins-
                      burg its First Black Arts Festival; to provide transferable skills for all work force careers and
                      income development actives. The idea is to create jobs for teenagers in the commu-
                      nity. Together with Ms Anita Drummond known to have won Pennsylvania State Champi-
                      onships for her Parades in East Liberty helps with the Harambee Parade and Festival with
                      her organization P.P.Y.P. A. Pittsburgh Positive Young Peoples Association.

                      Together  working with the Harambee Ujima Black Arts and Culture Association, Pearlina
                      and Anita along with Georg Hogan founder of Diversity FOOTprint decided to bring the
                      spirit of the Black Arts Festival call of the Harambee tradition of Black Cultural Pride and
                      Unity to the whole East End of Pennsylvania:  starting in Wilkinsburg, Ms Pearlina and Ms
                      Drummond with a "Soul Stepping Parade" on Friday July 12th 2019 starts the Black Arts
                      Festival season of Harambee in Wilkinsburg followed by  Homewood, Larimer, and East
                      Liberty all together in Unity to celebrate the Cultural convalesces of Harambee in all three
                      African American Communities through the summer mouth of Augusts.  To bring about
                      communication, economic growth with trade opportunity for people to compensate for the
                      damages and dis-ease brought to the common unity of the Black Diaspora neighborhood to
                      profit gentrification pathogen that are effected income negatively for Black lives in the re-
                      gion.

                      Today July 2019 Artist in the Wilkinsburg neighborhoods are able to perform, giving voice
                      to the youth to showcase their talents.  The Portrait of this community are being shown in
                      various abstract forms that relate to Wilkinsburg cultural identities.  The "Art" within the
                      communities help with what is needed Economic Justice to employ social economic care
