I was in the Paddock one day sometime around late 1965-early 1966 when I heard people singing and I wondered where it was coming from. On T.V. I’d seen the Kop singing ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ and even ‘She Loves You’ but I thought it was just an isolated phenomenon in that city where special things seemed to happen. Anyway, the song was ‘We Shall Not Be Moved’ and I finally placed the singers to an area of the Fulwell End near the top right hand end.
