Careful consideration of the individual%u2019s strengths and needs must be given and the strategies should only be implemented with those who are interested in some or all of the underpinning skills such as understanding words/symbols/print, writing and who have sustained listening and concentration.Colourful Semantics may be helpful as an approach to support the development of an individual child or young person%u2019s formation of sentences. The approach involves colour coding individual words and word combinations according to their meaning and function. There is no specific evidence for the effectiveness of using Colourful Semantics with Gestalt Language Processors but published papers with client studies by Bryan A (1997) and Bolderson (2011) do support the use of Colourful Semantics for children with Development Language Disorder.Sharp taste Sharp pointSharp
