Cast
Graeme Sutherland - Tooley
Graeme is a relative newcomer to musical theatre; originally hailing from the cold, wet shores of the River Clyde on the west coast of Scotland, this is his first show with Whitley Bay Operatic Society. Although Graeme has been performing on stage in rock bands from being a teenager, Graeme’s first foray into musical theatre wasn’t until 2017.
Since then, Graeme has been a regular face on stage in Blyth over the last 5 years playing roles such as Simon Zealotes in Jesus Christ Superstar, Reuben in Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat and Dwayne in 9 to 5. This is Graeme’s second time playing the sexist American bigot, Mr Tooley in Made in Dagenham after performing the same part in 2018.
Graeme is looking forward to rocking the cowboy hat once again and playing the bad guy!
