1 Isolate the flowcell from the process.
2 Loosen and remove the regulator from the flowcell.
3 Use the O-ring removal tool to remove the O-ring from the regulator.
4 Lightly lubricate the new O-ring with a suitable O-ring grease.
5 Install the new O-ring to the regulator.
6 Connect the regulator to the the regulator cell.
7 Start the flow.

Spigot O-ring
1 Isolate the flowcell from the process.
2 Remove the flowcell brackets.
3 Separate the flowcell modules.

4 Use long-nose pliers (or similar) to remove the spigots from the modules.
5 Lightly lubricate the new O-rings with a suitable O-ring grease.
6 Install the new O-rings to the spigots.
7 Push the spigots back into the flowcell.
8 Locate the flowcell modules on the spigot and press together.
9 Push the mounting brackets into position.
10 Start the flow.
