For example, modifying the environment - being aware of reducing background noise - is a strategy that supports the whole group, whereas planning a specific adult-led listening activity e.g. sound lotto for a child, is a planned listening activity for an individual. Planned adult-led focused activities tend to have more directly measurable outcomes.
