CLASS ORGANIZATION
The school has a heterogeneous manner of sectioning.
QUARTERLY ASSESSMENT (Based on DepEd Order No. 8 s. 2015)
A. Quarterly assessment is given every quarter. It measures pupil learning at the end of the
quarter. These may be a combination in the form of objective tests, performance-based
assessment, or a combination thereof.
B. Any student caught cheating will be required to retake the said exam. His/her parents will be
called for a conference. He/she may also be asked to engage in an extra-curricular activity.
SPECIAL QUIZ/QUARTER EXAMINATION (For Junior and Senior High School)
A. A student who fails to take a quiz in a particular subject maybe allowed to take a special quiz
provided that an excuse letter/slip (please see appendices) signed by a parent or authorized
person is shown to the teacher concerned.
B. A student who fails to take the major examinations on the scheduled date due to valid reasons,
such as illness, accident, serious man-made disaster, natural calamity, death of an immediate
family member may be allowed to take the special examinations upon submission of pertinent
documents to the adviser that would validate the reasons for his/her failure, and a letter of
request from the parents.
REMEDIAL AND ENRICHMENT CLASSES
Remedial/Enrichment classes are conducted once a week in all subjects. This aims to assist the pupils
who are having difficulty coping with the subject or to give more learning activities to those students
who are ahead of their classmates academically.
PROMOTION (Please refer to DepEd Order No. 8, 2015)
A. A pupil with a final grade of at least 75% in all learning areas in a school year can
proceed to the next grade level.
B. A pupil who did not meet expectations in a learning area must pass remedial classes
for failed competencies in the subject.
ACADEMIC AND CONDUCT PROBATION
Academic Probation
There is no academic probation in the school, only, retention.
