outcome without unnecessary complexity. It ensures that those bound by the contract can easily
understand how early termination affects costs.

               RESOLUTION OF BREACHES OR DISPUTES
The second example addresses the resolution of breaches or disputes. The original text states, "With
respect to any breach or dispute arising under this Agreement, the Parties shall meet and attempt, in good
faith and in using their best and reasonable efforts, to resolve may be amended at any time by the he
same." This sentence is not only convoluted but also contains errors that make it difficult to understand,
such as "resolve may be amended" and "by the he same." The recommended rewrite simplifies the
approach to dispute resolution: "If there is a problem or disagreement about this Agreement, the Parties
will try to resolve it by meeting and discussing in good faith." This alternative conveys the same intention
in a more straightforward manner, facilitating a mutual understanding of the steps to be taken in the
               event of a disagreement.

Both examples underscore the effectiveness of Strategen Analytics in detecting overly complex language
and suggesting more straightforward alternatives. By doing so, the tool aids in crafting contracts that are
not only legally sound but also clearly understandable to all parties involved, thereby reducing the
likelihood of disputes and the need for costly legal interventions.
