Officers Liability policy.
Ans. Repeat of Q3 of Nov 2008

Claims shall mean : (i) Any writ or summons issued
against or served upon any Director or Officer for any
Wrongful Act, or (ii) any written communication alleging
a Wrongful Act communicated to any Director or
Officer.

There are two insured is under the policy - the directors
and officers of the company, and the company itself.
The coverage is granted in two parts:
i. Payment on behalf of the Directors or Officers of

the company for any Loss arising from any claim
was made against them during the period of
insurance and notified to the underwriters during
the period of insurance for any Wrongful Acts
committed in the capacity of Director or Officer of
the company except for the extent that the company
has indemnified the Directors and the Officers.

ii. Payment on behalf of the Company for any Loss
arising from any claim first made against the
Directors or Officers during the period of insurance
and notified to the underwriters during the period of
insurance for any Wrongful Acts committed in the
