with the specified in the Schedule and not against claims
arising out of or in connection with : (a) Pollution
howsoever caused unless specifically covered and (b)
Any product.

Ans.b. The indemnity under the policy also extends to cover
the liability of :
(i) Officials of the insured;
(a) In their business capacity arising out of the
performance of their business or
(b) in their private capacity arising out of their temporary
engagement of the insured's employees, and

(ii) The Officers, committees and members of the
insured's canteen, social sports, medical, fire fighting
and welfare organizations in their respective
capacities.

(iii) The personal representatives of the estate of any
person entitled to indemnify under this clause. This
additional benefit is subject to compliance.

(iv) In some cases, claims based on negligence etc may
be made against the insured company's officials
personally. The cover is extended to such officials.

(v) Many firms provide recreation facilities for the
employees and auxiliary services such as first aid,
ambulance, fire fighting etc. The Officers,
Committees etc in charge of such facilities and
