        doesn’t require a complete digital overhaul from

        day one. A step-by-step approach ensures

        smooth adoption, minimizes resistance, and

        maximizes impact.



              Start with One Tool: Choose one AI tool, like

              Chat GPT for communication or Notion AI for

              collaboration—and focus on training your

              team to use it effectively. Start with pilot

              teams and expand gradually based on
              feedback.

              Define Clear Use Cases and KPIs: Before

              rollout, identify where the tool will be used e.g.,

              drafting policy documents, claim tracking, or

              lead follow-up. Assign measurable KPIs such
              as reduction in email drafting time, claim

              processing turnaround (TAT), or client

              response rate improvement.

              Involve Both Technical and Non-Technical

              Staff: Involve users from different
              departments—sales, claims, underwriting, IT,

              so that practical, real-world input shapes tool

              setup. Create role-based guides to make

              adoption easier.
