It's a proud moment for all of us on being recognized as the fastest growing Organization. Our ECHO Values, big
initiatives and apt strategic decisions including multiple Channel structure and Verticalization have paved the way
to this Success spree. Channel formation has helped us to become more focused and aligned with our Channel
partner, creating strong bonding and synergy across levels in the field, prioritizing Deliverables and developing
common Action Plan. This strong ecosystem is already showing the positive trends in all imp key business levers
like Branch Activation and productivity, SPs Recruitment, Credit Life Attachment, Cross selling, Customer
penetration etc. & overall consistent growth in premium, across Channels. And It's just a beginning because we still
have a huge untapped Customer base and large unmobilized distribution.
Now WE are into the peak Business Months - DJFM and it's time to increase our efforts and Speed further to
capitalize this huge Business opportunity. December being the important and also the closing month of MDRT, Let's
ensure to achieve new highs and create benchmark performance. All the Stars and Super Stars of Team BOI are
already committed and ready for Big Action, as Always.
