We are Growing. We think Growth is beautiful. At SUD, our growth is a direct reflection of our employee’s dedication
to excellence and willpower to succeed. We are a multi-channel company with rapid growth that is outpacing the
sector.

Our objective is to rank among the top five life insurers while adhering to our vision of Protecting families and
Enriching lives! Also creating a great workplace, that provides world-class service and promotes financial success.
I wanted to share my thoughts on the importance of ‘Being Ready’ for revolution. Our Operating business
ecosystem is fast-changing and evolving. The recent developments/amendments proposed in Insurance Laws
and Regulations are testimony to the cliché fact: ‘Change in the only Constant’. These proposed amendments will
force Businesses to rethink and re-strategize their existing models and prepare their business units to adapt to
these changes and adapt fast. Speed with Accuracy will be critical to maintain our success story and hopefully
write new chapters with sweeter winning moments. Therefore, we need to keep ourselves updated, agile and
equipped to match the pace with the changing business dynamics. The flexibility and adaptability to new
circumstances are key success parameters having a B-Plan ready, being more collaborative, humble and open to
new insights & ideas, being more aware & present and taking far more ownership of the changes & the decisions
can create more success in a BANI (Brittle, Ambiguous, Nonlinear and Incomprehensible) world.

Customers have always been the core of our business, and our commitment to give them differential treatment in
service experience will remain a cornerstone of our ethos. Your role, as the first line of interface, will therefore be
vital to carry our organization’s “World Class Service," objective and we will strengthen and enable you, in all ways
possible, to deliver desired service levels.

W.O.W., an acronym for ‘World of Winners’ and that’s exactly what you are. We have built an Organization of
Winners, who need to carry the baton of success to the next line of Winners.

On this note, I am happy to launch this e-magazine designed and intended to celebrate our Winners and
showcase the achievements and capabilities that this team possesses.
I also take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones a very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2023. With new
hopes and optimism, lets embark on a journey of GROWTH, AGILITY and SUCCESS. Between stimulus and response
there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our
Success.
