Hutchinson appointed as Special Representative for Women, Peace
and Security by NATO

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced Clare Hutchinson of Canada as the new Special
Representative for Women, Peace, and Security.
Ms Hutchinson has more than ten years of experience as a Gender Adviser for the United Nations,
Clare Hutchinson including in Kosovo and Lebanon.

Ghosh to be first woman President of NASSCOM

The National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) has named Debjani Ghosh
its president-designate succeeding R Chandrashekh in 2018.

India Post Payments Bank appoints Sethi as MD & CEO

India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) appointed Suresh Sethi as its Managing Director and Chief Executive
Officer. Sethi was the former Managing Director of Vodafone M-Pesa and has broad international
experience of over 27 years in the banking and financial services industry with Citigroup and YES Bank,
across India, Kenya, the UK, Argentina and the US.

Tata Steel appoints Global MD

T V Narendran appointed as the first global managing director and chief executive officer (MD and
CEO) of Tata Steel Limited. The company made a disclosure to the stock exchanges that the board of
directors of Tata Steel, at its meeting held on Monday, had decided to elevate the 52-year-old MD of
India and South East Asia.

Indians appointed as Samsung's Global VP, Senior VP

Samsung India, a subsidiary of the South Korea-based electronics major recently promoted two of its Indian executives
to global roles. Asim Warsi appointed as the Global Vice-President, while Dipesh Shah has been promoted to the role of
Global Senior Vice-President.
