(iii) Should deliver a written expense statement of
the claim with details of other insurances, if any,
along with documentary evidences like books,
vouchers, invoices, balance sheets etc to enable
to substantiate his claims. This should be
supported by a legal declaration.
No claim is payable, or any "on account" if already
made has to repaid to the company. The company
is not liable to make any payment after the expiry
of
(i) One year from the end of the period of indemnity or
later, and
(ii) Three months from the date of on which payments
were made or liability admitted, unless the claim is
subject of arbitration. This is also called limitation
condition. The time limit to enforce a claim is one
year from the end of the indemnity period, and
farther 3 months from the date of material damage
settlement
(iii) The policy and the schedule shall be read together
as one contract.
