Properties excluded from cover under the IAR
Policy are:
(a) Money

(b) Goods held in trust/commission, unless specifically
stated.

(c) Vehicles, caravans, trailers licensed for road use,
railway locomotives or rolling stock, watercraft,
aircraft or the like.

(d) Property in transit other than within the premises
specified in the schedule.

(e) Property or structures in course of demolition
construction or erection, and materials and supplies.

(f) Land, driveways, pavements, roads, railway lines,
dams, reservoirs, canals, rigs, wells , pipelines,
tunnels, bridges, docks, piers, jetties, excavations,
wharves, mining, underground property, off shore
property, unless specifically covered.

(g) Livestock, growing crops, or trees
