(iii) Collapse or cracking of buildings.
(iv) Corrosion, rust, extremes or changes in temperature,
dampness, pollution, contamination, change in
colour, flavor, texture or finish, action of light,
vermin, insects, marring or scratching.
If the loss is caused by damage to the insured property,
or premises containing such property, then it is not
excluded.
(v) Larceny.
(vi) Acts of fraud, or dishonesty.
(vii) Disappearance, unexplained inventory shortage, misfiling
or misplacing of information, shortage in supply or
delivery of materials or shortage due to clerical or
accounting error.
(viii) Coastal or river erosion.
(ix) Normal settlement or bedding down of new structures.
(x) Damage caused by
(a)wilful act or negligence of the insured.
(b)Cessation of work, delay, consequential loss.
