(iii) Preservation of property - Accidental loss or

damage of property removed or stored temporarily
for the purpose of preservation.
(iv) Fire Department Service charge - This covers
the payment charged by local ordinance.
(v) Valuable papers and records - The cost to
research, replace or restore the information on lost
or damaged papers and records, including electronic/
magnetic media.
(vi) Off-Premises extension - Property temporarily
stored away from the insured premises.
(vii) Outdoor property such as outdoor fences, radio
and television antennas, plants etc.

Insured Perils: Three forms are available: Basic,
Broad and Special forms.

The Basic form covers:
(i) Fire.
(ii) Lightning.
(iii) Explosion.
